As a rule, ubique Management Consultants identifies potential candidates for a vacant position via direct approach. In the case of vacancies for which a sufficiently large pool of candidates is likely to be available, after careful analysis of the market situation, we carry out our search supported by recruitment adverts in suitable media – this saves time in the interests of our clients. If, contrary to expectations, no suitable candidate can be found for a vacancy, the direct approach can be subsequently included in the search.

 

We also define the requirements of the candidate concerning professional skills and personality in advertisement-based searches and classify the position to be filled organizationally. In coordination with the client, we text and design a meaningful vacancy advertisement and arrange its placement in one or more suitable media. An initial contact by telephone and at the same time an initial grading of the applicants can take place, if desired, while preserving the anonymity of the client. After personal interviews, we present and evaluate suitable candidates to the client. After the hiring decision, we accompany both parties until the contract is signed and even afterwards.
