Once the hiring decision has been made, ubique accompanies the contract negotiations and the integration of the new executive into the company. In order to guarantee neutrality in every step of the process, fees are usually agreed in advance and are fixed.

Briefing and profiling

After an intensive personal interview, your ubique consultant will draw up an individual, written requirements profile that specifies the professional and personal competencies of the candidate and classifies the vacant position organizationally.a


Research and initial interviews

Through systematic search, ubique Research opens up the largest possible pool of candidates in the defined market segment. During the initial telephone contact, the candidates' qualifications and willingness to change jobs are checked and evaluated – if desired, still preserving the client's anonymity.


Personal interviews and evaluation

Your ubique executive headhunter conducts detailed personal interviews with all suitable candidates. In addition to comparing the personal and professional requirements profile with the candidate's professional career, individual attitudes, and working methods, the motivation to change jobs and willingness to move are also examined. After a thorough analysis, the client receives meaningful, confidential reports on the candidates in question.


Presentation and verification of references

Two to three selected candidates are presented to the client on site. Following the interviews, your ubique consultant will make a clear recommendation and assessment of the professional and personal fit of the candidates. If necessary, further references will be checked discreetly and in detail.


Moderation and conclusion of contract

After the hiring decision, your ubique consultant will accompany the process and – if desired – act as mediator.
