After a multi-stage recruitment and selection process, we present the suitable candidates in writing and personally – and also make a clear recommendation. To ensure the sustained success of candidates in their new positions, we pay special attention not only to the professional but also to the personal fit of the candidate.

 

Fair advice is important to us. For the employee selection process, this means: We usually identify candidates by approaching them directly. If, after careful analysis of the market situation, it becomes clear that, for example, a relatively large potential group of applicants is available, we recommend an alternative advertisement-based search.

Our fee structure is transparent, with a success-related share based on the progress of the project and depends on the complexity of the search assignment and the profile of the vacancy to be filled.

The declared goal of our work is to create sustainable added value for our clients through optimal staff selection. If, contrary to expectations, a candidate does not meet the requirements placed on him or her, a new search remains free of charge.
